1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit as specified. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

3. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may be offered an alternative date or a refund.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

5. User Conduct

Guests are expected to follow all instructions from our staff for their safety. Any misconduct may result in termination of services without a refund.
